Cheese Grits(From The Files Of Louella Scott Williams) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. quick grits
    2 1/2 c. water
    1 stick margarine
    1 (6 oz.) stick, roll or plastic tube garlic or jalapeno cheese (use jalapeno Cheez Whiz if other not available)
    2 tsp. seasoned salt
    a few drops Tabasco sauce (optional)
    3 eggs, beaten separately
Preparation
    Pour grits slowly in 2 1/2 cups boiling water and maintain low boil until dry, stirring regularly, about 8 minutes.
    (Will make about 2 1/2 cups grits; for other type grits, follow directions on box to get equivalent amount.)
    While warm, add margarine, cheese, seasoned salt and Tabasco sauce and mix well.
    Allow to cool.
    Beat eggs really well and add to grits mixture.
    Mix well.
    Pour into well-greased, buttered deep baking dish.
    Slow cook at 250\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
