Baked Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
    2 (6 oz.) cans tomato paste
    8 to 10 oz. lasagne noodles
    2 c. chopped cheese plus 1 c. sour cream
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    2 Tbsp. parsley flakes
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 lb. Mozzarella cheese, sliced very thin
Preparation
    Brown meat slowly; drain off excess fat.
    Add next 3 ingredients; simmer, uncovered, 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Cook noodles in a large amount of salted boiling water until tender, drain and rinse.
