Butterscotch Lush - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 c. flour
    1/2 c. chopped nuts
    8 oz. cream cheese
    1 c. powdered sugar
    1 medium Cool Whip
    2 (3 1/2 oz.) instant butterscotch pudding
    3 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix together butter, flour and nuts.
    Press in to 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Cool.
