Impossible Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 c. melted butter
4 eggs
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. brown sugar
3/4 c. biscuit mix
1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
16 oz. canned pumpkin
13 oz. evaporated milk
3/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
dash of salt
Preparation

Place all ingredients in mixer bowl and beat on medium speed for 3 minutes.
Pour into a well-greased 10-inch pie plate or two 8-inch pie plates.
Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until a knife inserted halfway between center and edge of pie comes out clean.
