Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 eggs
1/2 c. canned milk
1/2 c. oil (scant)
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour (regular)
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt (optional)
2 c. sugar (scant)
2 tsp. cinnamon
3 c. cubed or sliced apples
1 c. nuts
Preparation
-
Mix together the first 4 ingredients.
Sift together the next 5 ingredients.
Add the sifted ingredients to the egg mixture. Add the apples and nuts.
Bake for 50 to 60 minutes in a greased 8 x 12-inch pan at 350\u00b0.
