Fall Apple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 pkg. Knox gelatine, dissolved in 1/2 c. apple juice
1 3/4 c. apple juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. hot apple juice
pinch of salt
2 red apples
1/4 c. chopped celery
1 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Dissolve gelatine in apple juice and add other ingredients. When it begins to set, add chopped red apples with peeling left on. Add chopped celery and pecans.
Chill.
Cut into squares and serve on lettuce.
