Tomato Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can biscuits (6 to 8)
    4 tomatoes, peeled and sliced medium to thin
    1 medium size onion, chopped
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    2/3 c. mayo
    1/2 c. bell pepper, diced
    1/2 to 3/4 c. diced ham or 1/2 c. crumbled bacon
Preparation
    Grease pie plate well with shortening.
    Press biscuits in plate to make a crust.
