Crescent Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    3/4 c. milk
    1/2 c. butter
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    3 eggs, well beaten
    4 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Soften yeast in warm water.
    Scald the milk.
    Stir in butter, sugar and salt.
    Cool until lukewarm.
    Stir in yeast, eggs and flour.
    Knead until a smooth dough is formed.
    Place in a greased bowl and cover.
    Let rise until double.
    Divide dough in three parts.
    Roll in 10-inch circles.
    Cut into 12 wedges.
    Shape pieces.
    Roll up each piece from the wide end to the point.
    Place on a greased baking sheet and pull ends inward to make a crescent. Let rise until double.
    Brush with butter.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Makes 36 rolls.
