Fudgy Toffee Bars - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. flour
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/4 c. baking cocoa
3/4 c. cold butter or margarine
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips, divided
1 c. walnuts, coarsely chopped
1/2 c. flaked coconut
1/2 c. English toffee bits or almond brickle chips
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In a bowl, combine flour, sugar and cocoa.
Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Press firmly into a greased 9 x 13-inch baking pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
