Hubbard Seafood Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 lb. scallops
    1/2 c. red wine vinegar
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. pepper
    lettuce
    3 tomatoes
    1 avocado
    1 small red onion
    1 c. crabmeat
Preparation
    Cook shrimp and scallops; cool.
    Make salad dressing.
    Mix vinegar, oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper.
    Line platter with lettuce.
    Add chopped tomatoes, avocado, onion and seafood.
    Toss with salad dressing.
    Arrange crabmeat over all.
