Golden Creme Of Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 c. water
    1/2 c. celery, sliced
    1/2 c. carrots, grated
    1/4 c. onions, chopped
    1 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 1/2 c. milk
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Preparation
    Combine potatoes, water, celery, carrots, onions, parsley, salt and bouillon cube.
    Bring to boil.
    Cover; simmer until vegetables are tender.
    Gradually add milk to flour.
    Add vegetables, stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens.
    Add cheese; stir until melted.
    Serves 4 to 5.
