Atlanta Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 pork chops
    1/4 c. celery
    1 c. converted rice
    2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    2 Tbsp. oil
Preparation
    Brown chops in oil.
    Remove chops and cook celery.
    Drain grease and add tomato sauce, rice, celery and chops.
    Simmer 30 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Season with garlic salt, if desired.
