Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. sausage
    9 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. milk
    3 slices bread
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Brown and drain sausage.
    Beat slightly eggs with salt and milk.
    Cut bread into 1/2-inch cubes.
    Mix sausage, egg mixture, and bread with mustard and cheese.
    Place in greased 9 x 13-inch pan, cover and let set in refrigerator overnight.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
    Serves 12.
