Raisin Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/4 tsp. grated lemon peel (optional)
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 1/2 c. water
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix the brown sugar, mustard and cornstarch in small saucepan. Slowly stir in vinegar.
Add lemon peel, lemon juice, water and raisins; stir over low heat until thickened.
Serve hot over ham slices.
Makes 2 cups.
