Stuffed Peppers 57 - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium green peppers
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1/3 c. cooked rice
    1/4 c. Heinz 57 sauce
    1/4 c. Heinz tomato sauce
Preparation
    Slice stem ends from peppers and scoop out seeds.
    Blanch in boiling salted water 5 minutes. Drain well. Combine ground beef and remaining ingredients. Stuff peppers.
    Arrange in greased baking dish. Top with extra 57 sauce, if desired. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes or until meat is cooked.
    Makes 4 servings (3 cups meat mixture).
