Loaves And Fishes Country Salad(Nicoise) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. diced cooked potatoes
    2 c. cooked green beans
    1/2 c. basic salad dressing
    salt and freshly ground pepper
    1 garlic clove
    3 hard-cooked eggs, quartered
    3/4 c. tuna fish chunks
    pitted ripe olives
    12 anchovy fillets
Preparation
    Toss potatoes and beans in salad dressing to coat thoroughly. Season with salt and freshly ground pepper.
    Cut garlic clove in half and rub the inside of a salad bowl. Arrange potatoes and beans in the bowl and surround with egg quarters.
    Place tuna chunks in the center and decorate with olives and anchovy fillets. Makes 6 servings.
