Cake-Tomato Soup - cooking recipe

3 c. sifted flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
3/4 tsp. nutmeg
3/4 tsp. allspice
1 (8 oz.) can Hunt's tomato sauce
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. orange or pineapple juice
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
3/4 tsp. cloves
3/4 tsp. salt
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
3/4 c. pure vegetable oil
1 1/2 c. golden raisins

In large mixing bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, spices and salt. Thoroughly mix Hunt's sauce and soda in small bowl. Add to flour mixture. Stir in eggs, oil, nuts, raisins and fruit juice. Mix well. Pour into greased 10-inch Bundt or tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 to 55 minutes. Cool in pan 15 minutes before turning out on serving plate. Dust top with powdered sugar. Makes one 10-inch cake.
