Mother'S Lemon Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 eggs, divided and yolks beaten
1 c. milk
1 c. sugar
2 lemons, juice and rind
3 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0. Combine ingredients except egg whites in a bowl. Pour in baked pie shells and bake for 10 minutes: remove from oven. Cover with meringue made of whites and sugar. Makes 2 pies. Half the ingredients makes one 8-inch pie.
