Banana Split Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stick margarine
2 c. graham cracker crumbs
4 or 5 bananas
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1/2 c. lemon juice
1 can pineapple
1 c. Cool Whip
1/2 c. coconut
1/4 c. pecans, chopped
1 small jar maraschino cherries, sliced
Preparation

Melt margarine and mix with cracker crumbs to form crust. Add layer of sliced bananas. Next, mix Eagle Brand milk and lemon juice for next layer. Cover with Cool Whip. Sprinkle coconut on top of Cool Whip. Sprinkle with pecans. Add sliced cherries and refrigerate until chilled.
