Oven Fried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Bisquick
    2 to 3 lb. skinless chicken pieces
    1/2 c. milk (2% or skim)
    paprika
    seasoning salt
Preparation
    Wash chicken pieces and dip them in milk.
    Then coat with Bisquick.
    Place in oiled or nonstick spray-coated baking pan. Sprinkle with paprika and seasoning salt as desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes, uncovered, and without turning.
    Coating should be crisp at serving time.
    Serves 6.
