Homemade Sausage Gravy(Dedicated To My Sister Sherri) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. mild breakfast sausage
    2 Tbsp. grease or oil
    1/2 c. flour
    4 c. milk
    salt & pepper
Preparation
    Fry sausage and leave in grease when done.
    Add approx. 2 Tbsp. additional grease or oil.
    Add flour, stir constantly until flour is browned.
    (Add salt & pepper if desired) Stir in about 4 c. milk and continue stirring.
    Reduce heat stirring until gravy is the thickness you want it to be.
    (Add milk for thinner gravy, or corn starch & water to thicken.)
