Fried Stuffed Jalapenos(A Snack For The True Cowboy.) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 fresh or canned jalapeno peppers
    1/2 c. yellow cornmeal
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 (12 oz.) bottle Texas-style beer
    oil (for frying)
    4 oz. Cheddar or Monterey Jack cheese, grated
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Cut each pepper, making a small slit.
    (If your skin is sensitive to jalapeno oil, wear thin plastic gloves.) Remove the seeds.
    Carefully wash them, keeping the peppers intact.
    Place on a paper towel to drain.
