Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    10 potatoes
    1 c. diced pimento (1 jar)
    1/2 lb. Velveeta cheese, diced
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 c. melted butter
    3 Tbsp. milk
    1 slice fresh bread, diced
Preparation
    Boil potatoes with skins on until done.
    Peel and dice.
    Add all ingredients to diced potatoes in a casserole dish. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
    Bake uncovered for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
