Skyline Chile - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    2 large onions, chopped
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 Tbsp. chili powder
    1 tsp. ground black pepper
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
    1/2 Tbsp. vinegar
    1/2 Tbsp. allspice
    3 bay leaves
    1 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Chop beef very fine as you add water into a large pot or kettle.
    Do not brown beef first.
    Add all other ingredients and simmer for 3 hours, stirring just occasionally.
    Cook 1 large package of spiral noodles.
    Drain and lay on bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Pour chili mixture over noodles.
    Add grated Colby or Cheddar cheese.
    Cover and bake in oven until hot and cheese has melted.
