Ingredients

2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
6 Tbsp. cocoa
1 stick butter
1 Tbsp. peanut butter (creamy)
1 tsp. vanilla
3 c. oats
1/2 c. chopped nuts (optional)
Preparation

Cook and boil 1 minute in large pan the sugar and milk until most dissolved. Melt in butter and cocoa. Stir in peanut butter until creamy. Turn off heat but leave on burner. Fold in vanilla, oats and nuts. Stir together completely. Scoop into teaspoon-size on wax paper. Cool in fridge until set.
