Zucchini Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs, beaten
2 c. white sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. salt
1 c. oil
2 c. raw zucchini, peeled and grated
3 c. flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix together the eggs, oil, sugar, zucchini and vanilla.
Sift together the dry ingredients.
Add dry ingredients into egg mixture.
Pour into 2 medium size loaf pans, greased and floured. Bake in preheated 325\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
Makes 2 loaves.
