Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
    3 sticks melted butter
    3 stacks Ritz crackers
    16 oz. sour cream
    1/2 c. chopped celery
    2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation
    Boil chicken until done.
    Chunk into bite size pieces in large bowl.
    Add soup (may also use other creamed varieties), celery and sour cream.
    In separate bowl, crush crackers and stir in melted butter.
    Spread half of cracker mixture on bottom of a large casserole dish.
    Spoon in chicken and top with remaining cracker crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes or until edges are bubbly.
    Serves 6 to 8.
