Crab Sandwich Spread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can crab, flaked
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1 1/2 tsp. lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1 or 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
1/4 c. mayonnaise
Preparation

Combine all ingredients lightly.
Spread on buttered bread or toast.
Top with another slice of bread or garnish with pimiento.
