Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pie crusts
    1 bag hash brown potatoes
    1 bag frozen peas and carrots
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    onion
    salt
    pepper
Preparation
    Fry ground beef with salt, pepper and onion.
    Combine with potatoes.
    Line pie plate (glass) with one pie crust.
    Put a layer of potatoes with meat and a layer of peas and carrots.
    Make another layer of each.
    Top with another pie crust.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for about 20 to 25 minutes.
