Pineapple Cheese Ball - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
3/4 c. finely chopped pecans
1/4 c. minced green pepper
2 Tbsp. minced onions
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
Preparation

Beat cream cheese with fork; add other ingredients, saving some pecans to cover unmolded ball.
Place in bowl and chill overnight.
