Stir-Fry Goulash With Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger
salt
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. lemon pepper
1 tsp. butter
2 carrots, grated
1 bunch broccoli, chopped
1 onion, chopped
2 cans beef broth or 4 beef bouillon cubes
flour for thickening
Preparation

Brown hamburger; drain grease.
Add salt, garlic powder, lemon pepper, butter, carrots, broccoli, onion and beef broth; cook until tender.
Mix flour with water to make a thin paste to use for thickening.
Serve over rice.
