Mexican Hot Chocolate - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 oz. plain, sweetened chocolate
6 c. milk
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Combine chocolate, milk and cinnamon in a saucepan.
Cook over very low heat, stirring constantly, until chocolate is melted. Remove from heat.
Using an egg beater, beat until foamy.
Serve hot in large mugs.
Makes 6 cups.
