Cheesy Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 medium potatoes
    6 Tbsp. butter
    6 Tbsp. flour
    2 1/2 c. evaporated milk
    1/2 tsp. salt and pepper
    1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese
    1 to 2 c. bread crumbs (Pepperidge Farm)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes; drain and place in a 2-quart baking dish.
    Melt 6 tablespoons butter and blend in flour; slowly add milk, stirring constantly.
    Heat to a boil.
    Add salt and pepper.
    Pour over potatoes.
    Top with grated cheese.
    Melt 3 more tablespoons of butter and stir in bread crumbs.
    Pour on top of the cheese.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
