Morning Glory Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated carrot
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. shredded coconut
1 apple, peeled, cored and grated
3 eggs
1 c. vegetable oil
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
In large bowl, sift together flour, sugar, baking soda, cinnamon and salt.
Stir in grated carrots, raisins, nuts, coconut and apple.
Beat together eggs, oil and vanilla.
Stir in flour mixture just until moistened.
Spoon batter into well-greased muffin tins.
Bake 20 minutes.
