Mandarin Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 to 6 chicken breast halves
    1/4 c. margarine
    11 oz. can mandarin oranges
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 Tbsp. honey
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    2 pkg. instant chicken broth (MBT brand)
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/4 tsp. ground ginger
Preparation
    Saute chicken 3 minutes on each side.
    Place in 2-quart casserole dish.
    Arrange oranges around chicken.
    Stir onions and garlic in remaining margarine saute.
