Shrimp Etouffee - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1/2 c. chopped bell pepper
    3 chopped green onions
    1 chopped large onion
    1 chopped clove garlic
    1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can celery soup
    1 lb. large shrimp
Preparation
    Saute vegetables in oleo.
    Add Ro-Tel tomatoes, soups and shrimp.
    Simmer 30 minutes or longer (the longer, the better!).
