Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 center cut pork chops (1/4-inch thick)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper or less
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    1 c. shortening
    1/2 c. flour
Preparation
    Wash chops; dry slightly.
    Season to taste.
    Heat shortening to moderately hot temperature.
    Flour chops; slip into hot grease. Cook chops, covered, during entire cooking time, approximately 20 to 25 minutes.
    Chops should be tender and juicy.
