Italian Sausage Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 sweet Italian sausage links
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1 large onion, sliced vertically into crescents
    6 c. water
    3 beef bouillon cubes
    28 oz. can crushed tomatoes
    1/4 green pepper, diced
    1/4 tsp. basil
    1/4 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    2 small zucchini, cubed
    2 oz. linguine, broken into 2-inch pieces
    2 Tbsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Fully cook sausage; drain and cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
    Melt margarine and saute onion until soft.
    Add water, bouillon, tomatoes and green pepper; bring to a boil, then add sausage, zucchini, linguine and Parmesan cheese.
    Cover; cook until soup is simmering, stirring to prevent pasta from sticking.
