Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. flour (all-purpose)
    1 3/4 c. vegetable shortening
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 tsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    With fork, mix first 4 ingredients.
    In a separate bowl, beat remaining ingredients.
    Combine the two mixtures, stirring with fork until moistened.
    Mold dough into 5 balls.
    Chill for 15 minutes before rolling.
    Can leave balls in refrigerator for 3 days or freeze.
    Makes five 9-inch pie shells.
