Sausage Dressing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (9 x 13-inch) pan cornbread
    4 to 6 c. bread
    1 lb. bulk pork sausage
    1/4 c. margarine
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 1/2 c. chopped celery
    7 eggs, slightly beaten
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 tsp. sage or to taste
    4 to 5 c. chicken broth or bouillon
    1 c. raisins (if desired)
Preparation
    Crumble cornbread and moistened bread in a large bowl; set aside.
    Brown sausage slowly, adding margarine, onion and celery. Cook until onion is tender.
    Pour over bread mixture.
    Add eggs, seasonings and about 2 cups of broth.
    Mix well, adding more broth until all is soft and moist.
    Mix in raisins, if desired.
    Bake for 45 to 60 minutes, or until firm and heated through.
