Spaghetti Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 medium onions, chopped
1 whole head garlic, minced
1/3 c. olive oil
1 lb. hot sausage
1 large can tomato puree
1 large can tomatoes
3 small cans tomato paste
1 small green pepper, chopped
3 Tbsp. basil
water as directed
Preparation

Cover bottom of pan
with
olive
oil.
Chop onions and garlic and saute.
Add sausage and cook over low heat until it turns brown.
Add tomato puree and
1 small can of water.
Add large can of tomatoes and 1/2
of
that
can
of
water.
Add chopped pepper and basil.
Bring to
a boil, then simmer for 4 hours. Garnish with fresh grated Parmesan cheese.
