Green Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 slices bacon, cut in 1-inch pieces
    1 c. chopped onions
    1 lb. green beans, washed and cut into 1 1/2-inch lengths
    1 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. dill weed
    4 plum tomatoes, chopped
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook bacon until crisp; drain on paper towel.
    Brown onion in bacon fat.
    Stir in chicken broth and beans and dill weed, simmer, covered, for 35 minutes.
    Add tomatoes and bacon, heat 5 minutes.
