Cherry Torte From Grandma - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. cherries
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    about 20 graham crackers
    2 or 3 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
Preparation
    You will need 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Make a crust of graham crackers.
    Crush crackers.
    Add butter or margarine.
    Line bottom and sides of pan saving some for top.
    Boil cherries, then mix cornstarch, sugar and eggs.
    Add to cherries and boil until thick. Serve plain or add a dab of whipped cream or ice cream.
