Earthquake Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans or walnuts, chopped
1 box German chocolate cake mix
1/2 c. butter or margarine, softened
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 lb. box confectioners sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Spray a 9 x 13 cake pan with nonstick spray. Spread coconut in pan. Layer nuts on top of coconut.
