Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 3/4 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick margarine
    2 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine in order all ingredients.
    Pour into 2 greased pie plates; bake for 45 minutes or until brown. Makes one 10-inch pie or two 9-inch pies.
