Veggie Pizza - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large cans crescent rolls
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 pkg. Hidden Valley dry Ranch dressing
    1 c. ham
    1 c. turkey
    1 medium bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped carrots
    1 c. fresh broccoli, chopped
    1/2 c. Mozzarella
    1/2 c. mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Flatten rolls on a large cookie sheet.
    Bake until lightly browned at 350\u00b0.
    Let crust cool.
