Grandmother'S Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/4 c. sugar
    6 Tbsp. margarine
    1/4 c. buttermilk
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 3/4 c. coconut
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 unbaked pie shell
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine.
    Add buttermilk.
    Beat in eggs. Add coconut and vanilla.
    Pour into pie shell. Cook 10 minutes at 375\u00b0.
    Lower temperature to 300\u00b0 and cook until done, 35 to 40 minutes.
