Baked Lima Beans In Sour Cream - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. dried lima beans
    2 tsp. salt
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    3/4 c. butter
    2 tsp. dry mustard
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Soak beans overnight in water.
    Drain and cover with fresh water.
    Add 1 teaspoon salt and cook until tender, about 30 to 40 minutes.
    Drain again and rinse under hot water.
    Put in 2-quart casserole.
    Dab butter over hot beans.
    Mix brown sugar, salt and dry mustard.
    Sprinkle over beans.
    Stir in molasses.
    Add sour cream and mix gently.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serves 8 to 10.
