Arcadia Shrimp And Linguine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 lb. shrimp per person
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    1 c. whipping cream
    1/2 c. diced cooked ham
    1 clove garlic, halved
    1 Tbsp. Italian seasoning
Preparation
    Mix last 5 ingredients (using 1/2 garlic) together and simmer until juice is reduced and thickened.
    In clarified butter, saute shrimp with other 1/2 garlic for 2 minutes.
    Remove shrimp from butter.
    Put sauce and pasta in skillet with butter and heat until pasta is soft.
    Mix with shrimp.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan and parsley.
