Turtle Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 chocolate cake mix
30 milk caramels
1 stick butter
1 small can Pet milk
1 c. chopped nuts
12 oz. chocolate chips

Preparation

Grease and flour 9 x 13-inch pan.
Prepare chocolate cake as package directions.
Pour 1/2 of cake batter in pan and bake 15 minutes.
Let cool.
